“MacKinnon Mass” was a temporary piece in a gutted furniture factory warehouse where I got to explore installing both with a cherry picker and a scaffolding system for the first time. I create pieces on location and this project helped me see the limitations and options of different ways of working. It also introduced me to the joys of singing in empty warehouse spaces.

Despite learning how to drive the cherry picker, I still ended up hitting the few support girder columns that were there! I think I might outsource the driving to another so I focus on looking at the mesh.
